Cake with peppers

Ingredients for 6 people

• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 200 grams of grated feta
• 200 grams of yellow cheese
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 200 grams of chopped bacon
• 1 cup red-yellow diced peppers
• 500 grams of flour for all uses
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 4 beaten eggs
• 150 ml fresh milk

Implementation

1. Put the flour sifted with the baking powder in a bowl.
2. Then make a puddle in the middle and pour the remaining ingredients, knead until our ingredients are incorporated.
3. Place in an oiled elongated cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees in air for 1 hour.
4. Leave it on the kitchen counter to cool a bit and cut it.
