Ingredients
- 300 gr. tahini
- 50 gr. Fresh lemon juice
- 400 gr. powdered sugar
- 400 gr. flour
- 30 gr. baking powder
- 50 gr. walnuts, finely chopped
- 50 gr. cranberry
- 50 gr. dried grapes
- Juice of 4 oranges
- Grate 4 oranges
- A little salt
Implementation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix the tahini with the icing sugar and orange juice.
- Then slowly add the flour and baking powder and mix until a homogeneous thick mixture is formed.
- Add the cranberries, walnuts and raisins, orange zest and salt and mix.
- In a cake pan, spread a greased pan and pour the cake mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, lower the heat to 170 degrees and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Leave to cool and serve.
