Quiche lauren with spinach

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp butter
• 1/3 cup chopped onion
• 250 gr. spinach
• 1/2 packet of dough for tart
• 4 large eggs
• 3/4 cup ricotta tea
• 3/4 cup sour cream tea
• 1/3 grated parmesan
• 1 tbsp fresh chopped basil
• Half a glass salt
• A little pepper

Implementation

1. Melt the butter over medium heat, add the onion and sauté for a minute. Add the spinach and let it wither for a minute, stirring gradually.
2. Cover the pot and let it cook for another minute. Remove from the heat and stir lightly.
3. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Place the tart dough in a pan and cover the sides, also with dough, with the help of a fork.
4. Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
5. In a blender, mix the eggs, ricotta cheese, cream, parmesan, basil, salt and pepper until the mixture is homogeneous.
6. Put the spinach in the pan with the dough and the egg mixture on top.
7. Bake for about 40 minutes, until the tart turns golden. Allow to cool for ten minutes before serving.
