Pumpkin pie with cheese

Ingredients for 4 people

For the sheet

• 500 g flour for all uses
• 3 and others olive oil
• 1 tbsp. vinegar
• ½ κ.γ. salt
• 1 ½ φλ. water

For stuffing

• ¾ φλ. cheese
• ½ φλ. ceremonies
• 3 tbsp. thug
• 1 cup fresh mint or λ fl. dry mint
• 2 tbsp. garlic dehydrated
• 5 cups zucchini grated
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• salt
• 1 tbsp. freshly ground pepper

Implementation

For the sheet

1. Mix all the ingredients, knead and let the dough rest for 1 hour.

For stuffing

1. Mix the zucchini, cheese, pepper, mint and garlic in a large bowl. Add pepper, beaten eggs and toast. Try the salt.
2. Grease a large pan with a diameter of 35 cm. Preheat the oven to 180o C.
3. Divide the dough into two pieces one larger than the other. Open the largest one and place it on the bottom of the pan.
4. Pour the filling on top and flatten it by shaking the pan. Cover with the other sheet.
5. Grasp both leaves together and turn them inwards, twisting them and making a border so that the filling is well closed inside.
6. Cut the pie into square pieces and spread it with olive oil or sprinkle it with water and bake it for 50 minutes.
