Components
For the chicken
- 2 chicken breast fillets, cut in half horizontally
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. parmesan, grated
- Salt
- Pepper
For the sauce
- 2 and others olive oil
- 1 wp butter
- 150 gr. turkey, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 150 ml of milk
- 150 ml sour cream
- 2 tbsp. parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp. corn flour dissolved in 2 tbsp. water
Method execution
For the chicken
- Preheat the oven to 180. C in air.
- Sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper. Put the flour and parmesan in a bowl. We dip the chicken fillets and shake them.
- In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tbsp. olive oil, butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken fillets and cook for 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Transfer the fillets to a fireproof dish and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
For the sauce
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the turkey, onion and garlic and cook, stirring, until softened and golden for 2 minutes.
- Lower the heat and add the milk, sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the parmesan and mix lightly. Add the corn flour and water mixture and stir until the sauce sets.
- Add the chicken fillets to the pan.
- Serve with vegetables, rice or pasta.

- 150 g turkey slices, cut into cubes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 150 ml milk
- 150 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp corn flour mixed with 2 tsp of water
Method
For the chicken
- Preheat oven over 180 ° C set to fan.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine the flour and parmesan cheese. Dredge seasoned chicken in the flour mixture and shake off excess and set aside.
- Heat 1 tbs oil and butter in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat until butter has melted and pan is hot. Fry the chicken until golden on each side, cooked through.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake to preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.

- Heat 1 tbs oi, add the turkey to the pan and fry until crispy. Add the onion and garlic and fry until the onion is transparent.
- Reduce heat to low heat, and add the milk and cream. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer? season with a little salt and pepper to your taste.
- Add in the parmesan cheese, and allow the sauce to simmer until the parmesan cheese has melted slightly.
- Add the corn flour / water mixture into the pan and mix through fast to combine into the sauce.
- Add the chicken back into the pan to serve.
- Serve with steamed vegetables, pasta, or rice.
