Ingredients
- 1 clove of garlic in thin slices
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tbsp. grated ginger
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 6 cups Chicken broth tea
- 85 gr. vermicelli
- 1 cup teaspoon cooked chicken in small pieces
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Chives for serving
Implementation

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, sauté the garlic, turmeric and ginger in olive oil for about 30 seconds.

Add the chicken broth and simmer.

Put the vermicelli in the pot and let it boil for a minute less than the instructions.

Add the chicken and simmer for 1 minute.

Remove from the heat, mix with the lemon juice and serve with chopped green onion.
