Chocolate crepes

Ingredients for 2 people

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sifted soft flour
• 1 pinch of sugar
• 11/4 fl. milk
• 2 tbsp. melted butter
• 1/4 tbsp. salt
• 150 gr. melted chocolate
• 10 cookies

1. Beat the eggs with a whisk, add the milk, flour, butter, sugar and salt.
2. Beat well with the wire to become porridge. The mixture should be dilute.
3. Let it stand for 1 hour, covered. If the mixture is thick, add a little milk.
4. Lightly grease a non-stick pan with paper. Pour a small amount of porridge and turn to 1 ′ with a spatula. In 30 ”it is ready.
5. Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with grated biscuit.
