- Grate 1 lemon
- Juice of a lemon

- 1 pinch of cumin
- 1 pinch of paprika
- 1 pinch of dry oregano
- 1 pinch of dried basil
- 1 pinch of dried thyme

For vegetables
- 2 large potatoes cut into quarters
- 100 g asparagus
Execution method
For the chicken
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, in the air. Lightly grease a baking tray
- Sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place the fillets in the pan. Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour a little of the sauce on the chicken and massage the chicken so that our marinade goes everywhere.
- Put the rest of the sauce on our vegetables and stir.
- On each chicken breast, place lemon slices.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake with the foil for 30-40 and for another 5 minutes without the foil.
- Serve with fresh salad.

Method
- Preheat your oven to 200 ° C. Lightly oil a baking pan.
- Season chicken breasts generously on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Arrange seasoned chicken breasts in the baking pan. Whisk all the ingredients for the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over chicken and arrange potatoes and asparagus around chicken. Drizzle the veggies with the remaining sauce.
- Top each chicken breast with a slice of lemon.
- Transfer to the oven and bake, loosely covered with foil for 30-40 minutes, until chicken and potatoes are done. Remove foil and bake for 5 minutes more to crisp up the edges.
- Remove from oven and serve with fresh salad.
