Ingredients for 4 people
- 500 gr. linguine
- salt
- pepper
- gruyere grated for serving
- 400 gr. whipping cream
- 500 gr. peeled frozen shrimp
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup ouzo
- parsley
Implementation
- Boil the linguini with 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
- In a large pan, put the olive oil and shrimp.
- Cover the shrimp and let them boil for about 10 minutes.
- The shrimp will make juice as they boil.
- Remove the shrimp from the pan and place them on a plate.
- Pour the ouzo in the pan and boil until half the juice is left.
- Add the sour cream, pepper and parsley.
- Continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Remove the sauce from the heat, and add the shrimp. Mix well.
- Mix the shrimp sauce with the spaghetti after we have strained them, and serve with sprinkled gruyere.
