Baked sausages with eggs

Ingredients

• 450 gr. minced pork sausages
• 6 large eggs
• 2 cup teaspoon milk 2%
• 1 tbsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. mustard powder
• 6 slices of white bread into cubes
• 1 cups teaspoon grated cheddar cheese

Implementation

Saute the sausage in a pan until it turns brown. Place on a plate on absorbent paper and set aside.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix with the milk, salt and mustard. Add the diced bread, cheese and sausage and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled pan and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

Remove the pan from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 180 degrees for 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean as soon as you put it in the center.
