Ingredients
- 2 cups teaspoon flour for all uses
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. baking soda
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 1 cup teaspoon butter
- 1 cup tea crystal sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup teaspoon chopped apples
For the garnish
- 1/3 cup teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour for all uses
Implementation
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In another bowl place the butter, sugar and eggs and mix until the mixture is homogeneous. Add the vanilla and mix.
- Drain the apples and gradually add them to the mixture. Place the mixture in the muffin tins.
For the garnish
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and cinnamon. Add 1 tablespoon butter and mix until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
- Garnish the muffins with the above mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Once cooked, let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tins.
