Ingredients
- 1 cup tea wholemeal flour
- 1 cups tea oats
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt, to taste
- 2 medium bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter tea
- 1/4 cup tea honey
- 1/2 cup tea yogurt
- 1/4 cup teaspoon almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Implementation

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour with the oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

Place the bananas in another bowl and melt with a fork until pureed.

Add the peanut butter, honey, yogurt, almond milk, egg and vanilla extract.

Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture and mix until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the muffin tins and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

For the peanut butter garnish, mix the honey with the peanut butter and almond milk and garnish the muffins, filling with crushed peanuts (optional).
