Pomegranate mousse with coconut milk


Ingredients for 4 people

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 3 teaspoons gelatin powder
  • Or a cup of honey
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • Or teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Or cup of pomegranate seeds
  • 4 tablespoons coconut flakes


  1. In a medium bowl, pour the. Cup of pomegranate juice and add the gelatin and let it melt for a few minutes.
  2. Then pour the remaining pomegranate juice into the saucepan and simmer until it gets the first boil.
  3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  4. Add the coconut milk, the vanilla extract to the pomegranate juice and mix. Pour the mixture into glass bowls for panna cotta and store in the refrigerator for about 4-5 hours.
  5. Serve sprinkling a little grated coconut and pomegranate seeds.
