Gnocchi with mushrooms and blue cheese

Ingredients

  • 800 gr. gnocchi
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cube of butter
  • 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
  • 500 gr. sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 2 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 150 gr. creamy blue cheese
  • Fresh chopped parsley

Implementation

Boil the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package, strain and set aside.

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet with a lid.

Add the onion and mushrooms, cook for 1 minute on high heat, then lower the heat to medium, put the lid on and cook for 5 minutes, stirring gradually.

step 4

Remove the lid and add the garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes and then mix the gnocchi in the pan.

Garnish with blue cheese and parsley and enjoy
