Components
- 250 ml of almond or coconut milk
- 200 g flour for all uses
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- ½ κ.γ. baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 vanilla extract
For serving
- Honey or maple syrup
- Nut butter
- Φρούτα
Execution method
- In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix.
- In another bowl add the milk, vinegar and vanilla and mix well.
- Add the liquid mixture to the solid mixture and mix well until the mixture is homogenous.
- Cover the bowl with cling film and leave it in the fridge to rest for 30 minutes.
- In a non-stick pan, lightly grease the bottom and add a tablespoon of the mixture.
- Bake for 2 minutes on one side, until small bubbles appear on the surface.
- Repeat the process until our mixture is finished.
- Transfer the pancakes to a plate and add maple or honey syrup, nut butter, fruit and enjoy!

- 2 tbs margarine, melted
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- a pinch of salt

Method
- In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and stir to combine.
- In a second bowl, add almond milk, margarine, vinegar, and vanilla, and stir to combine.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Cover the bowl with a membrane and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to rest.
- In a non-stick pan, lightly grease the bottom of the pan and pour a tablespoon of the mixture.
- When the top starts to bubble, flip the pancake and cook until golden.
- Repeat until the mixture is finished.
- Serve warm with maple syrup or honey, nut butter and fruits.
