Pancakes with banana

Ingredients for 4 people

• 100 g flour for all uses
• 25 g sugar
• 50 gr. hazelnuts, ground in a blender
• a pinch of salt
• 1 medium-sized egg
• 50 gr. cow butter, melted and a little for the pan
• 140 gr. fresh, whole milk
• 2 mashed bananas

Implementation

1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, hazelnut powder and salt.
2. Gradually add the egg, melted butter, milk and banana puree, mixing well at the same time, with a ladle or egg beater, until you have a homogeneous porridge.
3. Let it stand for 10-15 minutes.
4. Lightly butter a medium-sized non-stick pan and place over low heat.
5. With a deep spoon you get enough porridge to form a disk about 7 cm in diameter in the pan.
6. Bake for 2 minutes on one side, turn with a spatula and bake for another 2 minutes on the other.
7. Take out the pancake and place it on a plate. Continue in the same way until all the porridge is finished.
8. Every 3-4 pancakes, lightly butter the pan again.
9. Place one pancake on top of the other while serving with banana pieces.
