Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tea milk
- 2 bananas, puree
- 2 cups teaspoon flour for all uses
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp margarine, melted
- A little butter for cooking
- 1/2 cup teaspoon powdered sugar, optional for garnish
Implementation
step 1
In a bowl, mix the milk with the banana puree.

Blush the flour with the salt and baking powder and add it to the banana mixture.
step 3
Add the eggs and margarine and mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.
step 4
Melt the butter in a pan.
step 5
Carefully place the spoons of the mixture in the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown.
step 6
Repeat for the whole mixture.
step 7
Garnish, optionally, with icing sugar and enjoy.
