Ingredients
- 450 gr. potatoes
- 7/8 cup cream tea
- Juice of 1 small lemon
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 400 gr. smoked salmon, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives
Implementation

Place the potatoes in a large saucepan, cover with salted water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until softened, for another 20 to 30 minutes.

Strain and rinse with cold water. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes. Leave to cool aside.

In a small bowl, mix the cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper with a hand mixer until fluffy.
step 4
Place the potatoes in the middle of a large platter and add the smoked salmon to the edges. Drizzle with the dressing, mix and sprinkle with the chives.
