Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 packet of spaghetti
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 cloves of garlic chopped
- 3 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 teaspoon truffle oil
- 250 gr. grated Parmesan
Implementation
- Saute the onion, garlic and rosemary in olive oil.
- Boil the spaghetti in salted water having added a little milk and a tablespoon of olive oil to the water.
- Strain the spaghetti and mix with the sautéed vegetables.
- Add the parmesan and sprinkle with truffle oil.
- Garnish the dishes with a little rosemary.
