Penne with truffle oil

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 packet of spaghetti
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon truffle oil
  • 250 gr. grated Parmesan

Implementation

  1. Saute the onion, garlic and rosemary in olive oil.
  2. Boil the spaghetti in salted water having added a little milk and a tablespoon of olive oil to the water.
  3. Strain the spaghetti and mix with the sautéed vegetables.
  4. Add the parmesan and sprinkle with truffle oil.
  5. Garnish the dishes with a little rosemary.
