Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 pack of pennies
- 2 cans of tuna
- 1 can of chopped mushrooms
- 1 small package of sour cream
- chopped parsley
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Implementation
- Boil the penne according to the instructions on the package.
- In a deep frying pan, sauté the mushrooms in a little olive oil.
- Add the tuna and mix.
- Add parsley, salt and pepper according to our preferences.
- Pour the cream and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce sets.
- Serve with the penne or mix them all in the sauce.
