Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic melted
- 120ml vodka
- 3 cups tea with tomato sauce
- 1 cup teaspoon cream
- 450 gr. pennies
- Salt
- Grated Parmesan
- Fresh chopped parsley
Implementation
step 1
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add the onion.

Saute until golden brown and add the garlic, salt and vodka and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring gradually.
step 4
Add the tomato sauce and sour cream and bring to a boil.
step 5
Add the cooked penne to the sauce and mix well.
step 6
Serve with grated parmesan and freshly chopped parsley.
