- 1 1/2 kg whole
- 100 gr. olive oil
- 200 gr. slice
- 3 sk. garlic
- A little mustard powder
- 1 tbsp. coriander powder
- salt and pepper
Implementation

Preheat the oven to 200ºC in air. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into 1 cm cubes. Sprinkle the cubes with 3 tbsp. olive oil, salt and pepper. Put the pumpkin in a pan on a greased baking sheet. Cover the pan with foil and bake for about 18-20 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes, to remove the moisture of the pumpkin. Half of the pumpkin, pass it through a mixer together with half the feta, garlic, mustard, half of the dried coriander, pepper and a little olive oil to make the

Put the pasta to boil in a large pot with salted boiling water and when they are ready, strain them and mix them with the pesto. Add the remaining dried coriander to the remaining pumpkin cubes and mix with the remaining feta. We serve.
