Ingredients for 2-4 people
- 250 grams of Cypriot halloumi
- 4 red peppers
- 1 red chili - chopped
- 1 lemon - the zest and juice
- 2 teaspoons of sweet fresh oregano - chopped
- 4 olives - cut into strips
Implementation
- Cut the top and bottom of the pepper. Remove the seeds and crumb.
- Put each halloumi in each pepper.
- Mix all the other ingredients together.
- Repeat with all ingredients.
- Spread the lemon mixture with olives on top of each pepper.
- Fold the peppers with a damp thin rope.
- Place on the oven grill at the highest temperature and bake for 10 minutes.
