Pizza with apples, cheddar and caramelized onions

Ingredients

• 500 gr. ready pizza dough
• 1/2 onion
• 1
• 1 tbsp. petimezi
• a little lemon juice
• 100 gr. grated cheddar
• oil
• salt

Implementation

step 1

We cut them sliced, put them in the pan with the oil and salt and leave them on a low heat to caramelize for 4-5 minutes.

step 2

Peel an apple and cut it into thin slices. Mix the slices with the lemon juice and the petimezi.

step 3

Open the dough and spread the apple slices on it. Put the caramelized onions, cheddar and almonds on top.

step 4

Bake it on high heat for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the dough is golden brown.
