Pizza with pesto sauce and arugula

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of uncooked pizza dough
  • 6 tbsp pesto sauce
  • 3 tomatoes cut into thin slices
  • 225 gr. goat cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 cup arugula tea
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Implementation

step 1

Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the pizza dough package.

step 2

Open the dough and spread the pesto sauce on it.

step 3

Cut the goat cheese into thin slices and spread or crumble it over the pesto.

step 4

Add the tomato slices on top of the cheese and sprinkle with garlic.

step 5

Grease the edges of the dough with a cooking brush.

step 6

Bake in the oven according to the instructions or until the edges of the dough turn golden.

step 7

Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes and garnish with the arugula.
