Ingredients
- 3,5 kg of tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Fresh chopped basil tea
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup tea olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large saucepan, cook the tomatoes and basil over medium-low heat until the tomatoes are soft.

Meanwhile, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil in a medium skillet until the onions are soft.

Let simmer on low heat for 2 hours until thickened.
