How to make homemade ice cream rolls

Ingredients

  • 470 ml sour cream
  • 1 evaporated milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Garnishes of your choice (chocolate tears, truffle, nuts, dried fruit, etc.)

Implementation

step 1

Mix the cream, condensed milk and salt in a bowl.

step 2

Pour the mixture into a pan and spread evenly.

step 3

Garnish with the topping of your choice, stir lightly to go everywhere and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

step 4

Take it out of the freezer, cut it into strips and with the help of a metal spatula lift the edge of the ice cream and wrap it in rolls.

step 5

Serve vertically in a bowl and garnish with chocolate syrup or whatever you want.
