Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup teaspoon water (or orange juice)
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/2 cup Pieces of iced pineapple tea
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • Fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach tea
  • A little fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Implementation

Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a glass and consume immediately.

If you do not have a high speed blender, you can first mix the spinach, coriander and ginger with the water to help them melt completely. Then add the fruit and lime juice and mix again.
