- 1/2 cup teaspoon water (or orange juice)
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 cup Pieces of iced pineapple tea
- 1/2 frozen banana
- Fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup of fresh spinach tea
- A little fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and consume immediately.
If you do not have a high speed blender, you can first mix the spinach, coriander and ginger with the water to help them melt completely. Then add the fruit and lime juice and mix again.
