Brisket with cranberry sauce

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup cranberry jam
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 pieces of brisket, cut into four pieces
  • 5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Implementation

  1. Cut the meat into pieces and sauté it in a pan with olive oil.
  2. Quench with balsamic vinegar and simmer until the fillets are soft for about 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat, pour the soy sauce into the pan along with the cranberry jam and let the sauce set.
  4. Finally, serve the brisket with the sauce and sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
