- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 lemon
- 70 gr. radishes
- 3 sprigs of fresh dill
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 12- 16 thin slices of rye bread, toasted
- 200 gr. smoked salmon
- Fresh cardamom leaves
- A little olive oil
Cut the avocado in half and take out its flesh in a bowl.
Mash with a fork and mix with the cream cheese until the mixture is homogeneous.
Add a little lemon, salt and black pepper and mix.
Spread the avocado on the toasted slices of bread and cover with the salmon.
Cut the radish into thin slices and place on top of the salmon.
Garnish with dill and cardamom leaves.
Sprinkle with a little olive oil and serve with lemon slices.
