For the salad
- 400 gr. quinoa, boiled
- 2 pomegranates, peeled
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1/2 lettuce, coarsely chopped
- 100 gr. almonds, roasted
For the dressing
- 4 and others olive oil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 and others honey
- 1 and others lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
Execution method
For the dressing
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well with a whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.
For assembly
- Transfer all salad ingredients to a bowl, pour over the dressing and stir.
- Serve the salad immediately.

- 100 g almonds, toasted
For the dressing
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
For the dressing
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
To assemble
- Place all the ingredients for the salad in a large bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
