Easy and healthy salad with quinoa, almonds, cranberries, black beans and apples. A vegetarian, delicious, delicious salad that will satisfy you and excite you with its taste.

For the salad

  • 400 gr. quinoa, boiled
  • 400 gr. black-eyed beans, boiled
  • 2 apples, cut into cubes or slices
  • ½ bunch of fresh coriander, chopped
  • 100 gr. almonds, roasted
  • 100 gr. cranberry

For the dressing

  • 4 and others olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 and others honey
  • 1 and others lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Execution method

For the dressing

  • In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well with a whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.

For assembly

  • Transfer all salad ingredients to a bowl, pour over the dressing and stir.
  • Serve the salad immediately.

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

To assemble 

  • Place all the ingredients for the salad in a large bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately.
