Ingredients for 2-4 people
- 100 grams of crushed green olives
- 1 bunch of rocket
- 50 grams of feta cut into cubes
- 2 eggplants
- 1 tomato
- 1 hot pepper
- Enough pepper
- Olive oil
- A little parsley
Implementation
- Fry the aubergines for 10 minutes after you have cut them into cubes.
- Finely chop the olives, pepper, feta, arugula, eggplant and tomato.
- Mix all ingredients well and add a little oil and salt.
