Components
For the salad
- 500 gr. ripe tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 100 gr. fresh anari
- 1 pinch of dried mint
For the dressing
- 4 and others olive oil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 and others honey
- Salt
- Pepper
Execution method
For the dressing
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well with a whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.
For assembly
- Transfer the tomatoes to a salad bowl and grate the anari on top.
- Sprinkle with a little dried mint and pour over the dressing and mix.
- We serve and enjoy.

For the dressing
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
To assemble
- Place tomatoes in a salad bowl and crumble anari cheese right over the tomatoes. Sprinkle the salad with the mint and drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
