Salad with surimi and cocktail sauce

Very easy and delicious salad with surimi and cocktail sauce. The sauce with mayonnaise and ketchup gives flavor to the salad and goes incredibly well with the surimi!

Components

For the salad

• 1 large lettuce
• 250 gr. crab surimi,

For the cocktail sauce

• 125 gr. mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp. ketchup
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
• ½ κ.γ. sweet paprika
• A few drops of tabasco
• Salt
• Pepper

Execution method

For the cocktail sauce

• Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a spoon until smooth. Set aside.

For the salad

• Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely.
• Put the lettuce in a bowl, add the surimi and pour over the cocktail sauce.
• Put in the fridge for 1 hour to combine the flavors and serve.

• Juice from one lemon
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 clove of garlic, minced
• ½ tsp sweet paprika
• A few drops of tabasco
• Salt
• Pepper

Method

For the cocktail sauce

• In a bowl, pour all the ingredients and mix well with a spoon until homogenized. Set aside.

for the salad

• Clean, wash the lettuce well and chop it.
• In a bowl, put the lettuce, add the surimi and pour the cocktail.
• Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour to combine the flavors and serve.
