Semolina halva with orange aroma

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tea seed oil
  • 2 cups thick semolina tea
  • 2 1/2 cups teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cup of tea water
  • Grated cinnamon
  • 2 cloves
  • Grate 2 oranges
  • 2 cup teaspoon of orange juice
  • A few chopped walnuts (optional)

Implementation

step 1

Put the oil in a saucepan and heat over high heat.

step 2

Bake the semolina until golden, stirring not to burn.

step 3

Add the water, orange juice, sugar and cloves, stirring until it absorbs the liquid. Before the cooking is over, add the walnuts (optional).

step 4

Remove from the heat and cover with a towel.

step 5

Allow to cool slightly and place in a cake tin.

step 6

When serving, garnish with grated cinnamon.
