- 2 cup soft tea butter
- 1 cup teaspoon brown sugar
- 4 cups teaspoon flour for all uses

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Melt the butter with the brown sugar on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Add 3 and 3/4 cups. teaspoon flour and mix well.

Transfer the dough to a clean surface and knead for 5 minutes, slowly adding the remaining flour.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 2,5-5 cm.

Cut into rectangular pieces, place on a baking sheet with oil paste at a relative distance from each other and make holes with a fork.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
