Souffle with broccoli and ham

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 large pack of toast
  • 1 litre of milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 10 slices of gouda cheese
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 1 diced tomato
  • Or diced broccoli
  • 400 grams of grated gouda cheese
  • 4 eggs

Implementation

  1. In a saucepan, boil the broccoli for 5 minutes and leave to cool.
  2. In a medium pan, put a layer of toast dipped in milk, butter the pan and spread the cheese and the ham, the tomato, the broccoli again toast and finally the grated cheese.
  3. Beat the milk with the eggs and pour over the souffle. Bake the soufflé for about 45 minutes at 200 degrees with air.
