Ingredients for 2-4 people
- 350 grams of spaghetti spaghetti or penne or to your liking
- 1 kg of peeled spinach
- 225 grams of chopped smoked salmon fillet
- 1 chopped onion
- oregano
- salt
- pepper
Implementation
- Put the chopped salmon in a large pan. Sprinkle with oregano and fry on low heat without oil.
- Then add the coarsely chopped spinach, chopped onion, a pinch of salt and a pinch of freshly ground pepper.
- Cover and leave for about 10 minutes, until the spinach withers.
- In another pot, boil the spaghetti for about 8 minutes. Then add a teaspoon of boiling water to the spaghetti.
- Then strain the spaghetti and add them to the salmon sauce. Stir
- Turn up the heat and stir well one last time.
