Homemade croissants with merenda

  • 2 puff pastry sheets
  • 1 egg yolk to spread
  • 200 grams of chocolate couverture
  • 100 grams of chocolate merenda
  • Ουν hazelnut cup in powder
  • 200 grams of evaporated milk
  • 1 cup melted margarine
  • almond fillets
  • powdered sugar
  • chocolate syrup
  1. Melt the chocolate in a baking pan and combine it with the hazelnuts, butter, merenda, milk and stir until the mixture is homogenous.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into triangular pieces of 14 X16 cm and at the bottom of the triangle, spread the filling and close the puff pastry like a croissant.
  3. Spread the egg yolk and sprinkle with the almonds.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes in the air with low resistance (depending on the oven) at 180 degrees with resistance 2 steps (160 with air).
  5. When they cool down a bit, sprinkle the croissants with icing sugar or chocolate syrup.
