Homemade pizza with four cheeses

Ingredients

• For the dough
• 80 g water
• 150 gr. self raising flour of
• 1 and others olive oil
• salt and pepper
• 80 g semolina
• For overlapping
• 80 g cream cheese
• 30 gr. blue cheese or Roquefort
• 100 gr. Mozzarella
• 40 gr. Cheddar
• 1 sk. garlic
• 1 tbsp. thyme
• 1 tbsp. rosemary

Implementation

step 1

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and put the pan until it burns.

Add the water, the flour, the olive oil, the salt to the mixer and beat them all together at the maximum possible speed for 5-6 minutes.

Spread half the semolina on a wooden surface, place the dough on top and open with a rolling pin until you have a thin dough in baking dimensions. Spread the rest of the semolina in a pan and put the open dough on top.

Put the cream cheese, Roquefort, cheddar, pepper and half the garlic in a bowl and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly over the entire surface of the dough. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and put it in various places on the pizza and then add the thyme and rosemary.

We place it in the hot pan and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
