Recipe: Shrimp with lemonade

Wonderful and delicious recipe for shrimp lemonade, by the kind of Lefteris Lazaros.

Ingredients

• 1 flitz. of tea

• 4 shrimp
• 1/2 teaspoon sweet dried tarragon
• 2-3 tbsp. very finely chopped sweet Florina pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon sweet lime zest
• 2 spring onions, finely chopped
• 1/3 fl. tea with lemon juice
• 3/4 fl. dry white wine tea
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons mustard soup with tangerine or plain mustard with a little tangerine zest

Procedure

1. In a medium non-stick pan, pour the shrimp broth and heat it over medium to low heat, until it heats up.
2. Add 4 shrimps, completely cleaned, the tarragon, the Florin pepper, the lime zest and the onions.
3. Stir for 1 minute and add the lemon juice and wine.
4. Stir, increase the heat, season with salt and pepper and stir.
5. Cook for 2 minutes and add the mustard with tangerine, mix the sauce well so that the mustard spreads everywhere and serve.
