Ingredients
- 1 diced avocado
- 1/4 cup tea yogurt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 fl. of tea diced red onion
- 1/4 fl. of celery diced
- 1 tsp. diced hot jalapeño pepper (optional)
- 2 fl. of tea cooked chicken chopped
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Implementation

In a bowl, place the avocado, yogurt, lime juice, salt and pepper, and garlic powder.

With a fork, mash the avocado so that your spread reaches the desired consistency.

Add the onion, celery, jalapeño pepper and chicken to the avocado mixture and mix well.

Serve on toasted bread or crackers garnished with cilantro.
