Recipe for Chicken Spread with Avocado and Yogurt

Ingredients

• 1 diced avocado
• 1/4 cup tea yogurt
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp. black pepper
• 1 tbsp. salt
• 1/4 fl. of tea diced red onion
• 1/4 fl. of celery diced
• 1 tsp. diced hot jalapeño pepper (optional)
• 2 fl. of tea cooked chicken chopped
• Fresh coriander for garnish

Implementation

step 1

In a bowl, place the avocado, yogurt, lime juice, salt and pepper, and garlic powder.

With a fork, mash the avocado so that your spread reaches the desired consistency.

step 3

Add the onion, celery, jalapeño pepper and chicken to the avocado mixture and mix well.

step 4

Serve on toasted bread or crackers garnished with cilantro.
