Ingredients
- 600 gr. chopped spinach
- 6 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter, diced
- 220 gr. cheddar cheese, diced
- 700 gr. cream cheese or cottage
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp. salt
Implementation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and lightly grease a cake tin or glass pan or individual molds.

Place the eggs in a bowl and beat lightly.
step 3
Add the cheddar and cream cheese, chopped spinach, salt and pepper to the eggs and mix well.
step 4
Transfer the mixture to the pan and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the eggs are set.
