Recipe for Savory souffle with spinach

Ingredients

• 600 gr. chopped spinach
• 6 eggs
• 2 tbsp butter, diced
• 220 gr. cheddar cheese, diced
• 700 gr. cream cheese or cottage
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 tbsp. salt

Implementation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and lightly grease a cake tin or glass pan or individual molds.

Place the eggs in a bowl and beat lightly.

step 3

Add the cheddar and cream cheese, chopped spinach, salt and pepper to the eggs and mix well.

step 4

Transfer the mixture to the pan and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the eggs are set.
