Ingredients
- 4 skinless cod fillets
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh grated ginger
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 6 fresh onions

Put the rice vinegar, soy sauce and chopped fresh ginger in a saucepan.

Season the cod fillets with coarse salt and ground pepper on both sides. Put in the pot with the vinegar mixture bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low. Cover with a lid and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the green onion and garnish the fish. Cook (with the lid) until the fish becomes opaque and the onion withers, for about 2 more minutes.
