Ingredients
- 1/2 cup teaspoon butter
- 1/2 cup margarine tea
- 1 cup peanut butter tea
- 1 cup teaspoon brown sugar
- 3/4 cup tea crystal sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups teaspoon flour for all uses
- 2 tbsp. baking soda
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 cups tea oats
- 1 fl. of tea finely chopped crystal ginger
Implementation

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

In a bowl, mix the butter with the margarine, granulated sugar and brown sugar.

Add the eggs, peanut butter and vanilla and mix.

In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt and chopped ginger and mix well.

Add to the sugar mixture and mix until the dough is homogeneous.

With a spoon, place small mounds of dough on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven until your cookies are golden.
