Oatmeal Ginger Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 cup margarine tea
  • 1 cup peanut butter tea
  • 1 cup teaspoon brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup tea crystal sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups teaspoon flour for all uses
  • 2 tbsp. baking soda
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 cups tea oats
  • 1 fl. of tea finely chopped crystal ginger

Implementation

step 1

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

In a bowl, mix the butter with the margarine, granulated sugar and brown sugar.

step 3

Add the eggs, peanut butter and vanilla and mix.

step 4

In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt and chopped ginger and mix well.

step 5

Add to the sugar mixture and mix until the dough is homogeneous.

step 6

With a spoon, place small mounds of dough on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven until your cookies are golden.
