Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup tea with lemon juice
- Grate 2 lemons
- 3/4 cup teaspoon butter
- 1 pre-baked tart base

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Prepare the lemon cream by mixing the egg yolks, whole eggs, sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest in a baking pan - a large bowl placed on top of a cooking utensil with hot boiling water.

Once the mixture is homogeneous, add the butter and beat the mixture for about 10 minutes, until thickened.

Pour the lemon cream into the pre-baked tart base and bake in the preheated oven for 6 minutes.

Allow the tart to cool before sprinkling it (optional) with icing sugar.
