Ingredients
- 6 chicken legs
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 85 gr. honey
- 1 tbsp. dried thyme
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
Implementation
step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and season the chicken legs with salt and pepper.

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chicken with the skin on the bottom and sauté both sides until golden brown.

Remove the chicken legs from the heat and set aside. Discard the excess fat, but leave a little inside for the sauce.

Add the garlic, stir until golden brown, then add the brown sugar, honey, thyme and oregano and mix. Reduce heat to low.

Return the chicken to the pan and mix with the sauce.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the chicken is well cooked.
